At Growing Minds Christian Academy, we believe in cultivating a holistic approach to education, addressing the intellectual, social-emotional, and spiritual development of each child. Our philosophy centers on creating a safe and nurturing environment where children are encouraged to explore, learn, and grow.
Through a balance of play, academic instruction, social-emotional support, and faith based teachings, we aim to spark curiosity and inspire a lifelong love for learning grounded in Christian values. Together, we are committed to fostering a community where every child feels valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.
I started Growing Minds Christian Academy because God placed a calling on my heart to love, nurture, and educate children during some the most important years of their lives (3-5 yo). I’ve always believed that the early years are not just about learning numbers, letters, and shapes, but also about building character, planting seeds of faith, and surrounding children with the love of Christ.
As I looked around, I saw a need for a safe place where little ones could grow academically while also learning about God’s Word in a way that is simple, joyful, and meaningful in a homeschool setting. I wanted to create a preschool where every child feels seen, valued, and cared for—where they can begin to understand how deeply they are loved by God.
This preschool is my way of combining my love for teaching, my faith, and my desire to serve families. My prayer is that every child who comes through our doors leaves not only prepared academically, but also with a heart touched by God’s love.
Our home preschool offers a warm, classroom-style setting with educational materials, engaging toys, and cozy learning areas. Small group sizes create an intimate, family-like environment where every child is known and nurtured. Outside, children enjoy a safe grassy play area perfect for exploring, running, and discovering God’s creation.
